Dimensions
Bottom diameter, cover diameter and the height of both components.
A practical inspection process for dimensions, cover fit, visible glass quality, edge condition and packaging before shipment.
Quality requirements should be translated into an agreed specification and sampling plan. The checks below describe the review framework, not a claim that unverified test reports or certifications exist.
Bottom diameter, cover diameter and the height of both components.
Matching of the cover to the intended bottom across the sampled order.
Clarity, bubbles, streaks and other visible conditions against agreed criteria.
Edge finish, obvious chips or cracks and dish stability on a flat surface.
Visible cleanliness and contamination risk appropriate to non-sterile supply.
Sets per inner pack and carton checked against packing documents.
Separation, cushioning, carton condition, labeling and closure.
Final review against size, material, packaging and mark requirements.
If your quality system requires a dimensional tolerance, material document, sample size, label format or packaging test, state it during RFQ. Requirements introduced after production may not be feasible.
